The place where Albur lies is one of the oldest establishments in the lively Manuela Malasaña street. Its origin dates back to 1933 when it was a tavern. In 1995 the place was renovated and refurbished and the result was Albur. A place where you’ll find a great variety of traditional Spanish dishes in their daily and set menus done the traditional way. Classic Spanish cuisine at its finest.
