It all started here. This is the cradle of Ricardo Sanz's Kabuki Kitchen, the origin of the business group and, according to the customers, the most intimate establishment, maybe because of the treatment, maybe because of the size. When it opened its doors, back in June 2000, going to a Japanese restaurant in the capital of Spain was, at least, a rarity. Kabuki did his bit for this to change. Today it has a Michelin Star.
